Shipping within Australia
- Standard shipping: $11.95 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $200
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network. Please allow additional time during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery is outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
